Dubnax Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• Age: you must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Accurate details: give us a working email address and keep it up to date.
• Security: you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at business@globalvibing.com if you think someone else used it.

2. What Dubnax provides

Dubnax offers search, an assistant that answers questions, a newsroom with summaries and rewrites, radio briefings and breaking-news alerts.

Answers, summaries and rewrites are produced by artificial intelligence and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important against the original source, and do not treat Dubnax as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Articles from other publishers remain theirs; Dubnax links to the original wherever it shows a summary or rewrite.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Prices: the price and billing period are shown before you pay.
• Renewal: a subscription renews each period until you cancel it. Cancel any time from Account; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Allowance: Dubnax Pro includes an A.I. allowance, measured in tokens, that refreshes every 5 hours and every 7 days; when it is used up, Dubnax A.I. waits until it refreshes.
• Article unlocks: each unlock is a one-time purchase for that article.
• Referral credit: when someone who signed up through your referral link pays for their first month of Dubnax Pro, your account receives a credit equal to one month of your own Dubnax Pro at that moment, applied to your next invoice; if you do not have Dubnax Pro yet, the credit is given when you start it. The credit has no cash value, is not paid out, and is withdrawn when the referred payment is refunded or the referral was made to game the program.
• Refunds: all sales are final, except where we decide otherwise for a technical error or where the law gives you a right to a refund.
• Payment processing: Stripe processes every payment under its own terms.

4. Advertising on Dubnax

Advertisers must follow the Dubnax advertiser policies shown in the advertiser area. We review campaigns and may reject, pause or remove an ad that breaks those policies or these terms. Advertisers receive counts of views and clicks, never information about individual readers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use automated tools to scrape Dubnax or get around its free-use limits;
• attack, probe or overload Dubnax, or try to get around its security;
• use Dubnax to break the law or to harass, defraud or harm anyone;
• submit ads or content that is illegal, deceptive or infringes someone else's rights;
• sell, share or transfer your account.

6. Intellectual property

The Dubnax software, design, name and logo belong to Global Vibing. News articles belong to their publishers. You may use what Dubnax shows you for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer

Dubnax is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that Dubnax will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Vibing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or to Dubnax is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Dubnax and delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The sections on intellectual property, the disclaimer and the limitation of liability survive.

10. Changes to these terms

We post every change on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using Dubnax after a change, the new terms apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
