Dubnax Privacy Policy
Last updated October 24, 2026
Dubnax (dubnax.com) is operated by Global Vibing, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what Dubnax collects, why, who helps us run it, and the choices you have.
Dubnax is one of Global Vibing's separate platforms. It has its own database, its own sign-in system and its own email sender, and your Dubnax account and data are not shared with any other Global Vibing platform.
1. What we collect
- Your account: your email address, the display name you choose and the date you joined. You sign in with a link we email you; if you set a password instead, our sign-in system keeps only a one-way hash of it.
- Subscriptions and purchases: whether your subscription is active and when it renews, the articles you unlock, and the reference numbers Stripe gives us. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them. If you subscribe to Dubnax Pro, we also record the size of each A.I. request, in counted tokens, with its time and kind (a chat or a search, never its words), and keep each record eight days to apply Pro's allowance.
- What you ask: your searches and the questions you send Dubnax A.I. are passed on to produce results and answers. We do not keep the words of your searches or questions, or a history of your conversations, on our servers.
- Reading features you use: summaries you keep and rewritten articles you request, articles you bookmark, topics you follow, and which summaries you open. They power your own feed and your reading stats.
- Reading history: if you turn on "Keep my reading history" in Account, Dubnax records which stories you open while signed in, and when, to show your reading history. It is off unless you turn it on; turning it off or deleting your account deletes it.
- Breaking-news alerts: if you turn them on, your browser's push subscription (a delivery address and keys) and the categories and quiet hours you pick.
- Voice questions: if you speak a question, the recording goes to our own speech-to-text service, becomes text, and is not stored.
- Free-use limits: to apply the limits for visitors without a subscription, we count requests using a salted one-way hash of the IP address, never the address itself, together with a random number your browser keeps so the count follows your browser when your network changes.
- Advertisers: if you advertise on Dubnax, your business name, contact email, campaigns (text, images and target categories) and credit purchases.
- Campaign details: the campaign fields and the referral code of the link that brought you to Dubnax, if any, stored once with your account identifier when you sign in (see Cookies and storage on your device).
- Referrals: when you make an account after opening a reader's referral link, we keep which reader's link brought you and whether your first month of Dubnax Pro was paid, so that reader's credit can be given. The record holds the two account ids, no address and nothing you read. When an account is deleted, a referral nobody has paid for is deleted with it; a referral that earned a credit stays as the record of that billing credit.
- Newsletter sign-ups: if you sign up for the Dubnax newsletter, your email address, the date, the page you signed up on, the campaign fields and referral code of the link that brought you (if any) and the date you confirmed. The link in the confirmation email is kept only as a one-way hash. Each newsletter email carries a link that removes your address from the list.
- Technical records: our servers and Cloudflare record IP addresses, browser type, the pages requested and errors, to keep Dubnax secure and working.
2. How we use it
- To run Dubnax: show news, search results, answers, summaries and radio briefings, and keep you signed in.
- To bill subscriptions and article unlocks, and to send the emails Dubnax needs: sign-in links, receipts and account changes.
- To personalize your feed with the topics and reading history in your own account.
- To show ads from Dubnax's own ad system, which rotates the active campaigns without using anything about you. Readers stay anonymous to advertisers, who see only counts of views and clicks for each campaign.
- To prevent abuse, fraud and attacks, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not build advertising profiles of readers.
3. Who helps us run Dubnax
- Stripe: processes payments and subscriptions.
- Our web search provider: returns the results of a web search; the text of your search is sent to it by our server, never by your browser. Our server also fetches each story's picture and serves it from dubnax.com, so your browser contacts no other site for a picture.
- DeepSeek: writes assistant answers and some news summaries; the text of your question is sent to DeepSeek, which operates from China.
- OpenRouter: routes questions that include an image to a model that can read images, when you use that feature.
- Zoho ZeptoMail: delivers Dubnax's emails.
- Cloudflare: provides our DNS, network protection and content delivery, and sees the IP address and request of each visit.
- OVHcloud: hosts our servers in Virginia, United States.
- Your browser's push service: Google, Mozilla or Apple, depending on your browser, delivers the alerts you turn on.
Everything else runs on our own servers: the database, the sign-in system (SuperTokens), the voices that read radio briefings, and speech-to-text.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety or our rights.
5. How long we keep it
- Your account and reading features: until you delete your account. Account, then Delete account, removes your profile, your sign-in record, bookmarks, followed topics, reading history, saved summaries and rewrites, radio briefings, alert subscriptions and any pending email or password change, and cancels your subscription.
- Campaign records: deleted with your account, and in any case 13 months after they were stored.
- Newsletter sign-ups: until you leave the list, which deletes your address at once; a sign-up that is never confirmed is deleted 30 days after its link expires.
- Purchase and advertiser billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- News articles we collect from publishers, with their summaries, translations and briefings: about four months (on the first day of each month, the stories older than the three months before it are deleted).
- Technical records: only as long as security and troubleshooting need them.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent you gave, for example for alerts. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws have these rights, and we will not treat you differently for using them. Residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom may also complain to their data protection authority.
In the European Union and the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: providing the service you asked for (contract), keeping Dubnax secure (legitimate interests), and your consent for alerts.
To use any of these rights, email business@globalvibing.com. We reply within the time the law sets.
7. Children
Dubnax is not intended for children under 13, and you must be 18 or older to create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email business@globalvibing.com and we will delete it.
8. Where your information is processed
Dubnax is run from the United States. Your information is stored on our servers in Virginia, United States, and assistant questions are processed by DeepSeek in China. If you use Dubnax from another country, your information leaves that country.
9. Changes to this policy
We post every change on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we also tell signed-in users by email or with a notice on Dubnax.
