Rule 7.2

Cannot target users under 18 with ads for alcohol, gambling, dating, weight loss, or financial products.

Rule 12.3

Rule 12.4
No circumvention attempts
Creating duplicate accounts to evade suspension results in IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN for all accounts.
Accountability by email domain
To keep advertisers accountable, we verify your business email domain and apply enforcement to the whole domain. For example, if marketing@acmecorp.com is suspended, every account using an @acmecorp.com address is suspended too. This prevents backup accounts made with other employees' addresses, and getting around a suspension with another address.
Appeals
- 72 hours to appeal: appeal within 72 hours of the notice, or the decision becomes final.
- A second analysis by A.I.: our A.I. system analyzes your content again with your arguments.
- A recommendation: the A.I. writes a report with your arguments, similar past cases and its confidence.
- Human review within 72 hours: a moderator reads the report and decides within 72 hours.
- If no one decides: when no moderator acts within 72 hours, the A.I.’s recommendation becomes the decision.
- The answer: you are told the outcome within five days in all.
Permanent bans (ten strikes or more) and attempts to get around a suspension cannot be appealed. Without an appeal within 72 hours, the strike is final.
